Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- All returns must include the original packaging and tags
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns for:
- Underwear & Nightwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
- Items marked as “Final Sale”

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (if applicable)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your items with all original tags and packaging. Include the completed return form (provided in your original shipment) and ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received at our warehouse, we’ll inspect your items within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when:
- Your refund has been processed
- Your exchange item has been shipped
- Or if there are any issues with your return
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: International refunds may take additional processing time.
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved
If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference. For lower-value items, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
